Creche

A safe and welcoming space for your little ones.

At Calvary Albany, we understand the challenges that come with attending church with young children. That's why we've created a safe and welcoming space in our dedicated Creche for babies and preschoolers.

Our passionate volunteers have gone through a thorough screening process, including a Working with Children Check and our “Safe Ministries Check” course, to ensure the safety and well-being of your little ones.

We invite you to come and join us this Sunday and experience our welcoming community at Calvary Albany.

Your first visit

Here's what to expect when visiting Calvary Kids for the first time.

Find Calvary Kids

First, find your way to Calvary Kids (the door marked Calvary Kids in the cafeteria area). There we will meet your family and check your child into our system.

Check In

Before the service, you can check in your child at the kiosk (computer). Find your child's name, choose the appropriate group and that's it! Your child is checked into Calvary Kids.

Enjoy the Service

You and your children can go to the main service until you see the “Children's Church is now on” sign on the projector screens.

Pick Up

After the service is complete, return to your child's room and your child will be released back to you.

Checking in for the first time

What we'll ask for

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child's name and birthdate
  • Home address and phone number
  • Any special instructions for your children (allergies, special needs)

We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone.

During the service

If we need you

If we need you during the service, the number on your pickup ticket will be shown on the screen. If you see your number, please come straight to the CalvaryKIDS room.

Sunday Gathering

Kids are welcome at Sunday Gathering. We gather together as one church family, so your kids are welcome to stay with you throughout the service.

Volunteering in our kids ministry may seem a little daunting, but honestly it isn't. If you would like to be a Calvary Kids leader or simply a helper, we supply you with all you need. Our Calvary Kids volunteers are treasured and a vital part of our ministry.

All Calvary Kids volunteers will need a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
